You’ll then be offered a ceremonial serving of cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine known for deepening presence, enhancing clarity, and fostering emotional connection. From there, you’ll be immersed in a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The vibrations and frequencies are designed to quiet the mind, release stress, and restore balance throughout the body. No prior experience required, just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
