Breath-work:

• Followed by light breath work to stimulate the body, mind, and spirit before we enter the Sound Bath's full immersion.

The evening is inspired by “love”: love for thyself, love for community, love for partnership, and love for friendship. To truly love outside of you, you must partake in many moments of true self-love; here is a moment you can gift yourself & your loved ones.

This evening is created to support the individual’s connection with their authentic conscious self.

· Attending Class

• Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and/or cover with (get cozy)
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Refrain from eating heavily 1.5 to 2 hours before practice
• Come 10-15 minutes prior to class start time
• Silence cell phones
• Doors will lock at 6:30 p.m.

Practitioners will be playing state of the art instruments keenly tuned to meridian flow of energy.
