Sound bowls will create a peaceful state of mind for you while also working on a physical level to break up any stagnation. Many people have experienced deep relaxation during a sound bath. This has enabled them to leave with a renewed sense of focus and clarity to overcome obstacles in their lives. Sound healing is "medicine" of frequency bringing balance to the body, mind and inner self. Recent studies reveal sound therapy is the leading edge for all levels of healing.
As this event is being held during 9/11, empaths continue to feel the pain of the collective unconsciousness in the world. When we unite as a group, we raise the vibration around us. This creates a ripple effect of positivity and love to uplift the frequency in ourselves and humanity.
Chairs will be provided. If you wish to lay down, you may bring a yoga mat and pillows.
