After the busyness of Christmas this sound bath session offers a place to relax, unwind and set intentions for The year ahead. The sound resonant frequencies of the instruments will help to unblock and realign chakras to help you achieve whatever intention you have wether that be motivation, acceptance, stress relief, it can be literally whatever you want it to be.

A Sound Bath is a place where you can come and relax and allow yourself to unwind. The facilitator plays various instruments that all have resonant frequencies. Instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American Flute, gong, tuning forks and other percussion instruments are used.
This sound bath is called 'winter rejuvenation' and the intention will be to let yourself relax and destress after the business of the Christmas period. Allow yourself to be enveloped in sound to soothe your senses. Most people lie down but if you struggle with this then I can make sure a chair is available.
