Bathe yourselves in the ethreal sounds of crystal singing bowls and let the stress melt off onto the mats. This musical medicine works on a cellular level to break through energetic blockages and touch every level of consciousness within us.
No experience is necessary, just an open mind.
Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a long a yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, and or pillows. You will be laying for the hour.
