Sound Bath at Under One Sun

Join us at Under One Sun for a Sound Bath experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed to start your week. Katie DeFiglio, founder of Vibrant Sound Joy, will be joining us in store to showcase the healing sounds of a number of instruments, including metal and crystal singing bowls, tingshas, and rainsticks. Unwind in a cozy space while enjoying some fair trade tea and soothing scents. Come as you are and enjoy a peaceful evening with us in Squirrel Hill.

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket or cushion for optimal comfort. Optional seating will be provided.

Children ages 12 and up are welcome to participate.
