Designed and built from the ground up with wellness in mind - it's a beautiful serene space, with underfloor heating in the cooler months and air-con for the warmer months, its the perfect place to enjoy a soundbath.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, restless, or stuck in the same cycle of tension, simply enjoy a soundbath, or would like a memorable shared experience with friends, then this place offers a the perfect place to experience the benefits of a sound bath.
The soothing vibrations help by clearing the mind, the gentle waves of vibration ease tension, and your nervous system remembers what peace feels like.
Guided by professionally trained Integral Sound Healing Practitioner Melissa, you’ll be gently led on a restorative sound journey.
At this soundbath you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have. The session starts with a simple grounding techniques to help ease us into relaxation followed by the sound bath.
What is provided:
A single yoga mat
A bolster cushion for under your knees,
A single blanket and a weighted eye mask
What to bring yourself:
Comfort is key, so please ensure you bring anything extra that you need to be comfortable on a wooden floor for approximately an hour, the more comfy you are, the better the experience you will have.
Any extra yoga mat or similar.
A pillow/cushion for your head and your own blanket for extra comfort if preferred.
Plus a bottle of water. Wear comfy clothing.
Time:
Main doors open at 6:50PM for the sound bath to start on time at 7:15PM -
Free parking on site.
£20 investment per person.
For ages 16 years & upwards.
Limited to 17 spaces, so book early to avoid disappointment.
