This immersive sound bath is designed to gently guide you out of stress and into deep relaxation, calming your mind, softening your body, and helping your nervous system shift into a peaceful, restorative state.

We’ll begin with a grounding breathing exercise and a short guided meditation to help you release tension and settle into the present moment. Then, allow yourself to fully relax as waves of healing sound wash over you.

You’ll experience the pure frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls, the soft shimmer of koshi chimes, the rhythmic ocean drum, and the soothing flow of water chimes and more, each supporting your body in slowing down, unwinding, and returning to balance.

Metered parking is available in areas surrounding the building. This event space is located in the Historic East Village at the Teachout building, on the 3rd floor above Wooly's. You will enter the door with a 500 on it, and then you will go straight to the stairs. There is also an elevator to the right before you hit the stairs if you would like to take that to the 3rd floor.

Important Notes

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled and limit distractions once the sound bath begins.

Refund Policy: All reservations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else with prior notice. If the event is canceled due to weather or an unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be provided.
