Immersed in sound waves from quartz crystal singing bowls, large gong(s), handmade chimes, and other specialty instruments, this sonic meditation is intended to relieve body tension, manage stress, quiet the mind, reduce pain, and soothe the nervous system, and will leave you feeling grounded and centered, with clarity of mind and peace in your heart. 💓
No experience is necessary. Simply arrive as you are!
What to bring:
A yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket, -and anything else that will help you feel most comfortable while lying down.
Sway is a favorite location that offers a large and welcoming space for all to be comfortable -with sound acoustics, so advance registration is recommended. Day-of availability might be limited.
