Join us at Neighbors Church for a Sound Bath.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself. To participate, all you need to do is come to church, you can sit in a chair or lay on the ground and allow the sound to relax you.
