Sound Bath At Farmingdale Gardens

Sound healing is an ancient technique used to re-calibrate your energy field by utilizing carefully chosen instruments that emit specific frequencies. For example, instruments that emit a 528 Hz frequency repair DNA. Many scientists may argue that living things are physics before biology as our cells and organs emit different frequencies in accordance with our emotions and cellular function. Simply put, emotions are energy in motion which is why it's called E-motion.

Remember- energy moves matter and sound waves are a form of energy transfer. The sound waves will create movement in the cells that make you up, dispersing any negative e-motions stored in your body.

Sound healing can prevent dis-ease by relieving sadness, stress, and anxiety, support the release of unwanted emotions in a safe and supportive environment, cleanse your aura and energy field, and be a guide as you embark on your healing journey.

When done in groups, we refer to this practice as a Sound Bath.

What to Bring

-Yoga mat

-Comfortable clothes and any items you'd like (ex: sweatshirt, pillow, etc.)

-Water

What To Expect

Throughout the duration of the Sound Bath, you'll be laying down in a comfortable position on your back, with your heart facing the endless sky. At the start of the sound bath, you'll be guided through a mini meditation and intentional mindset.

During this transformative time, the strength and connection to the universe is elevated making it a prime time to focus on manifesting what you'd like to invite into your life as instruments are introduced to guide you in this journey.

We will be on an open grassy field at SUNY Farmingdale Teaching Garden.
