Himalayan singing bowls produce frequencies that align our body's energy centers to promote peace, balance, and a deeper connection with one's inner self. We all have vibrational frequencies and when you feel off our vibrations are low and energy centers are often imbalanced, the bowls vibrations can help us feel whole again.

Come join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath experience at Ember Social! This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this unique chance to immerse yourself in healing vibrations and find inner peace.

This venue is on a main street, so while not completely silent you will still receive the benefits of the vibrations from the bowls. Also, it's great practice for meditating in everyday life where we can not being complete silence

*You will be laying down for about 45min. Bring what you need to be comfortable:)

Mat (or lawn chair if needed)
