As we turn inward from our busy lives, we hear our intelligence speak. We hear the vibration of the peace within.Through breath, gentle movements and the harmony of silence, we will connect with the flow of this moment and rise to our best self during the Holidays!

Reminder to bring your own pillow and blanket for added comfort and warmth. Extra mats will be available.

But sound can also be inaudible, like all the subatomic particles that vibrate and make up the earth, all living things and the stars. These inaudible sounds also have a significant impact on our daily lives.

Sound Bowls are made with specific frequencies that are in sync with the rhythms of our natural world. These vibrations assist in realigning our body, mind and spirit, back to a more peaceful, grounded state.
