Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound therapy while flowing through gentle yoga poses designed to open and balance the Crown Chakra. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with your inner self, and release any tension or stress. No experience is necessary, just come with an open heart and mind.
About the Sound Bath:
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the soothing sounds of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls or chimes. This practice aims to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. The vibrations and frequencies produced by these instruments create a therapeutic environment that can help to clear the mind, balance energy centers, and rejuvenate the body.
What to Expect:
Arrival: Please arrive on time to settle in and prepare for the session.
Introduction: I will guide you through the session and provide an introduction to the chakras; specifically the Crown Chakra which is the one we will be covering.
Meditation & Grounding: You'll be guided through a grounding meditation practice.
Crown Chakra Activation: Chanting and speaking affirmations out loud to help activate your crown chakra.
Gentle Yoga Flow: You will be guided through a yoga flow, to invigorate and activate your crown chakra.
Sound Bath Session: You will be invited to lie down comfortably on your mat and close your eyes as the soothing sounds wash over you. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion or pillow, and any other items that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Closing: After the session, there will be a gentle transition back to the present moment, followed by light refreshments and an opportunity to share your experience.
How to Prepare:
Dress in layers to ensure comfort throughout the session.
Hydrate well before the event.
Avoid heavy meals at least an hour before the session.
Bring a water bottle, and any personal comfort items like blanket, pillow or eye mask.
