SOUND BATH & TEAWe invite you into an evening of deep self care and replenishment - as we journey through vast soundscapes of pure vibrational frequencies from soothing crystal bowls, deep bassy gongs, and other sound healing instruments - set in a cozy candle lit sanctuary, accompanied by a Heart Awakening Tea Ceremony.
Decompress, elevate, and heal on a cellular level - Sound healing helps elevate your state of consciousness and put your body in an ideal state to heal itself. This sound bath will be working with gongs, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, tuning forks, and other sound healing instruments to create a therapeutic and mystical journey intended to induce deep healing mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Sarah will be serving a custom herbal tea blend, called Heart Awakening, made of Tulsi Rose, Motherwort, and Spearmint.
Jin Jin Matcha is a neighborhood tea room and matcha shop serving matcha, tea, and fun craft beverages. Jin Jin works directly with a multi-generational family of tea farmers to bring ceremonial grade matcha to Tacoma, WA. It's a cozy community space calling you into the present moment.
