Sound Bath & Slow Bar Experience

Welcome to the Sound Bath & Slow Bar Experience with Earthen Healing LLC and Messenger Coffee! Join us for a relaxing evening at 1624 Grand Blvd where you can unwind, de-stress, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes during the Sound Bath session. Afterward, treat yourself to your choice of a calming beverage at our Slow Bar. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and focus on your well-being. Come and experience a unique blend of relaxation and tranquility with us!

PLEASE READ RULES & REQUIRMENTS FOR THE EVENT:

-Since sound healing can have an affect on the physical and emotional, it is important to take it seriously! There are many studies that show the positive effects of sound healing and how it can help, but you know your complex medical conditions best and I can not say for certain how it will affect you. Due to this you will be required to sign a liability waiver.

-For this sound bath experience you will need to bring a yoga mat or thick blanket for the floor. You will be lying down for this session so please bring what will make you feel comfortable. Feel free to bring a water bottle, though drinks will be provided, heightened sense of thirst is common after a sound healing due to toxins leaving the body.

-Late arrivals will not be allowed in and will not be issued a refund. Sound healing is a meditative experience. Once we begin, any external noise or disturbances can greatly affect the experience of the participant. Due to this we will be locking the door once we begin and will not be letting anyone in after this time. Please make sure to provide ample time to find parking and walk to our building as we do not have a parking lot here at Messenger Grand.

-You will have a choice between 2 speciality beverages. We will be making your drink specific to you and will be putting lots of care into preparing it ahead of time so please think about your selection carefully. Please view the free add-on selection below to choose your beverage.
