We are doing it again! We are excited to once again be offering our beloved chakra series in line with our monthly sound bath events, honoring the Root Chakra! For the next 7 months we will move through the chakra system as the theme for each month. For September, the Root Chakra helps to remind us us to keep our feet firmly planted on the ground while exploring our primal sense of safety and stability in this life as we begin to ease into the fall season.Cacao is a very grounding medicine, we will combine it with this event to help amplify the messages this chakra has in store for us.
Join Tammi Kapitanski from Remedy Within, Leslie Coshun from Infinity Reiki Healing & Strix & Stones & Laurel Ziemienski from Ananda Healing Arts as we set the intention to tap into our inner voice, opening and expanding our intuitive nature through the medicine of sound, energy and cacao
For the first half hour Leslie will have her gorgeous handmade, Reiki infused crystal bracelets available and Laurel will have Cacao for purchase. Tammi will have an assortment beautiful crystals for sale from Remedy Within. The event will get underway first with a Cacao Journey, then we will cap the afternoon off with our ever popular Sound Bath & Reiki.
PLEASE NOTE THE SILK SWINGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT
What to know:
Please arrive on time, shopping is from 1:30pm - 2:00pm and the Cacao Journey will begin promptly at 2:00pm. You will want to situated and get comfortable before the journey begins. Shopping will be open after the event for a brief time.

*We reserve the right to cancel this event within 48 hours of start time if the minimum number of tickets have not been sold (so don't wait until the last minute 😉)
Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. The studio does have plenty of blankets, bolsters and a few yoga mats available for our use!
We are not responsible for any health or safety incidences that may occur before, during or after this event. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF ANY KIND.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CACAO: Ceremonial grade cacao is prepared in such a way that stimulates the cardiovascular system. This experience can greatly expand the energy of the heart, mind and soul for deeper awareness, healing, joy and creativity. If you have severe high blood pressure or anxiety, serious heart issues, chocolate or spice allergies, are pregnant or are taking MAOI's or high doses of SSRI's, we ask that you do not consume the full amount of cacao offered. We require that you let us know of any related issues before the event so we can accommodate. By attending the event and accepting the cacao drink, you agree to the above and assume any risk as your own. Consuming cacao is not required and you can still participate in the journey experience.
