A sound meditation, often called "sound bath" is an ancient practice dating back more than 2,000 years with roots in Tibet. It's a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from instruments.
During this 75-minute practice you’ll be guided through a breathing practice that will allow you to release any tension and will leave you ready to receive all the vibration created with the instruments.
Each note you hear in a sound bath has a purpose; there is intention behind every note and every sequence.
This session is divided in 2 parts; first 45 minutes you’ll receive sounds, and the next 25 minutes Denise will provide collective oracle readings using different decks, the last 10 minutes will be left open for questions or to share experiences/messages.
What to bring for this session:
Yoga Mat, Pillow, Light blanket, Eye Pillow (optional).
