We’re starting off this night of healing with a 30 minute chakra cleanse from Healing With Holly. You’ll be guided by Holly into a meditative state using Chakra balancing crystal singing bowls. Use a chair available or bring your yoga mat/blanket to make yourself comfortable. Simply show up, relax, & allow the sound vibrations from the bowls to take you away. Benefits of sound baths:
