This immersive sound healing experience is designed to open your heart, calm your soul, and bring you back into alignment with your natural state of worthiness and ease. You'll be gently guided into the art of allowing—allowing love, peace, support, and abundance to flow to you, not just through you.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
Guided Meditation (10 minutes):
We’ll begin with a soft, heart-opening meditation to ground your energy and prepare your body to receive. Through breath, presence, and gentle guidance, you'll be invited to relax into trust and reconnect with your innate receiving nature.
Sound Journey (60 minutes):
Melt into the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, and other vibrational instruments. Each tone is chosen to help clear resistance and open the energetic channels for love, rest, clarity, and deep inner peace.
Receiving Ritual:
Upon arrival, you’ll be invited to place a written intention into a sacred cornucopia basket—a symbolic offering to the Universe of what your heart is ready to receive. This quiet moment sets the tone for the rest of your experience.

Please bring a pillow or anything that helps you feel comfortable, cozy, and supported. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided to help you fully drop in.
