I am delighted to announce I will hold another sound bath and meditation at the magnificent St Francis Community Centre, 405 Cumberland Street, Gorbals, Glasgow G5 0SE on Thursday, 11 September, 2025 from 7.30 pm till 8.30 pm.
Using gongs, singing bowls, handpan, RAV, chimes and various other gentle and healing instruments.
Please bring a yoga mat, a cover and pillow and some water to drink.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative and immersive experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various instruments. These instruments produce frequencies and vibrations that promote deep relax
