This class offers a perfect opportunity to rest and reset for the week. Participants will be guided on a relaxing sonic journey featuring an array of handmade bowls and other sound healing tools. This session includes professional instruction in meditation and breathing techniques accompanied by gentle music and aromatherapy. There is no experience necessary and all are welcome. Please bring your favorite cushion, blanket, or whatever else is needed for your comfort. $25 exchange for drop-ins, or purchase a studio membership or class pack to save.
