We're holding a FREE 1 hour session of Sound Bath & Meditation at Aerial Sports. We use crystal singing bowls and other instruments for our sound bath. This is a holistic practice that benefits body, mind, and spirit, leading to overall well-being. Come & see what it's all about in this free session.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster & anything that will make you as comfortable as possible.
