Sound Bath & Mandala Art With Pat & Marquez

During this fun event, you will be given a pre-drawn mandala and will learn how to paint it in beautifully. This portion of the workshop will be done seated at tables in the yoga studio while inspired and surrounded by singing bowls, gongs and other harmonic instruments.
Art has a special way of healing and tapping into our souls. Our instructor Marquez will help you embrace your inner artist & super-human energy every step of the way.
During and after painting you will be able to enjoy a Healing Sound Bath provided by True Nature Sound Therapist, Pat York.
This is the perfect event for deeply relaxing and healing through the powers of art and sound.
