A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in waves of sound from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. The vibrations work on both a physical and energetic level, inviting the mind into a state of stillness while the body receives deep relaxation and reset.
During this session, you’ll also receive guided energy healing, supporting the clearing of stagnant energy and creating space for renewal, clarity, and peace.
