Sound Bath & Energy Healing

Join us for an evening of deep restoration, energetic alignment, and inner connection. Cindy will guide you into a deeply immersive sound journey while Alex offers optional hands-on or above-the-body (no-touch) Reiki. While instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred sounds create a foundation of soothing vibration, each session is intuitively guided and energetically held as a sacred healing container. As a medium and energy healer, Cindy channels energy throughout the experience.Together, Reiki and sound healing create a powerful, supportive container for deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and inner alignment — gently guiding you back to balance in body, mind, and spirit.
