We invite you to enjoy a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation, followed by time to chill, chat & enjoy a hot drink of your choice with yummy cake.

Please note a sound bath may not be suitable for the following:
• First/third trimester pregnancy
• Pacemakers
• Epilepsy
• Severe untreated mental health/schizophrenia
• Sound sensitive health concerns
• Metal implants (less than 12 months)
• Tinnitus (can either help or aggravate)
