Welcome to our **Sound Bath and Reiki** event! Join us for an evening of relaxation and healing at Arcadia Cir NW. in the large classroom (it's labeled on the door outside) Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and experience the gentle touch of Reiki energy. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Don't miss out on this unique and rejuvenating experience!
we do have yoga mats and blankets at this venue, but they are limited. A blanket and pillow for your comfort are recommended.
Contraindications include first-trimester er of pregnancy, pacemakers, and metal in the body. Ages 14 and above only
