Sound Bath and Acupuncture

Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body back into balance.

In this 90-minute session, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls while receiving the therapeutic benefits of the ancient practice of acupuncture. This unique combination works on both the energetic and physical body, supporting deep relaxation and overall well-being.

The session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle, soften, and arrive fully in the present moment. As you relax into stillness, the healing sounds of the bowls will wash over you, creating a meditative soundscape for the body and mind.

During this time, our experienced acupuncture practitioner will place fine, precise needles at specific points to support energy flow, reduce stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing response — allowing you to drop into a profound state of rest.

Please note: The acupuncture portion of the session may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. You will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider.
