A Guided Loving Kindness Meditation With Sound
Friday August 15th

This evening’s sound bowl session will be accompanied by a guided meditation to cultivate compassion and kindness. The sounds and vibrations of our extraordinary crystal bowls will wash away the stress of the day as Kat gently guides you in a meditation that encourages forgiveness and a deeper connection to others.
Take time to envelope yourself and all beings in compassion, love, and light.
$20 per participant, no experience necessary.
