Sound at the Mill - Earth Yoga

Join Ancient Song Therapy for a unique sound experience at the Eno River Mill hosted by Earth Yoga Studio.
Please bring any comfort items you may want during extended meditation. Bolsters and blankets are provided by the space, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat and more if you prefer.
We will gather in the space at 10:00 AM and have a few minutes to set up and settle in. A sonic landscape will be provided by a variety of instruments-- singing bowls, percussion, chimes, and vocals. There will be an opportunity for sharing and discussion before we end at 11:00 AM.
