This training is for anyone who feels called to work with sound in a deeper, more intentional way.
You do not need to be a musician.
You do not need prior sound bath experience.
You only need curiosity, presence, and a genuine desire to understand how sound, vibration, resonance, and energy can support healing.
In this 8-hour, in-person Level 1 training, we’ll explore the foundations of sound healing through crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, voice, and other instruments. You’ll learn how sound affects the body and nervous system, how to build a grounded sound journey, how to work with energy in the room, and how to hold space with care, safety, and integrity.
This is not about performance or perfection. It is about learning to listen with your whole body, trust your own resonance, and understand how to offer sound as medicine in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and alive.
By the end of the day, you’ll have hands-on practice, a deeper understanding of vibration and musicality, and the confidence to begin facilitating sound journeys for yourself, your family, your community, or your healing practice.
This training is intentionally intimate, with only 10 participants, so each person receives real attention, practice time, and support.
All instruments are provided.
