Sound & Touch: A Deep Relaxation Journey

This is a deeply restorative collaboration between live sound healing and licensed massage therapy.

As you lie comfortably on a massage table (fully clothed), you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation through gentle therapeutic touch and immersive live sound. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release physical tension, and allow the mind and body to reset together.

This is not a performance — it’s a carefully held space designed for rest, grounding, and presence.

• Each participant receives approximately 45 minutes of massage
• Massage and sound healing happen simultaneously
• Massage is done fully clothed on professional massage tables
• Live sound healing will include grounding instruments and soothing frequencies that support relaxation and integration

The experience flows as one continuous journey — there is no rush, no talking, and no expectation other than to receive.

You can choose extended massage period to 90 mins at checkout if desired.

The live sound portion will be intuitively guided and may include instruments such as:

• Singing bowls
• Handpan
• Gentle percussion
• Ambient textures and sustained tones

The sound is intentionally supportive, not overwhelming — designed to work with the massage, not compete with it.

No prior experience with sound healing or massage is needed.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
