Sound & Solace: Music Therapy Grief Group (In person)

Join Alive's Music Therapist Victoria Kelly for a group music therapy session designed to gently support those experiencing loss.

No musical experience is required. This group offers a safe, supportive space to process grief through music while learning practical coping skills rooted in music therapy techniques. Participants are also invited to connect with others, drawing strength from shared experiences within a compassionate community.

Group activities may include grief and mental health coping strategies, lyric discussion, song sharing, and simple songwriting. We would be honored to welcome you.
