Join us at The Boundary for an intentional evening designed to unwind, recharge, and reset your nervous system. Tucked right along Charlotte’s vibrant Rail Trail, this beautiful venue offers the perfect atmosphere to balance deep restoration with the warm energy of community.

We will begin our time together by gathering to craft your own Hand-Blended Botanical Pouch. You’ll mindfully layer rich mineral salts with premium florals like lavender, calendula, and rose to create a personalized sensory keepsake. Take it home to gently diffuse a grounding aroma by your bedside, or drop it into a warm tub for a mindful evening soak later in the week.

Once our pouches are crafted, we will transition into an immersive sound bath experience. You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and let the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other beautiful instruments wash over you. This is your time for pure, uninterrupted rest—a dedicated space to let go of mental clutter and sink into deep somatic embodiment.

The experience doesn't have to end when the sound bath fades. You are warmly invited to stick around at The Boundary to continue relaxing and connecting. Enjoy a selection of assorted beverages available for purchase, chat with fellow attendees, and soak in the beautiful space. If you choose to venture out later, our prime location right on the Rail Trail makes it effortless to explore the surrounding neighborhood for a bite to eat or a casual stroll.

For easy parking, park at The Platform Parking (put this straight into your maps) - The address for this lot should show as 3200 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28209. Parking in this lot is free. Once you park, it is just a 2 minute walk to the venue, The Boundary, which is right along the rail trail, next door to Seaboard Southend! See photo below for clear directions!
