What to bring:

Yoga mat, bolster and blanket will be provided. Please bring water, or anything else you need to make yourself comfortable while lying down. We also suggest wearing comfortable clothing.

Agenda:

• 15 min- "Communi-Tea". We will enjoy some tea together while going over any questions you may have about the Entrainment Light Expererience.
• 1 hour- Meditation and Sound Bath with Stroboscopic light.
• 15 min- Closing circle and Integration.
