Sound & Chill - South Florida Sound Bath

Sound & Chill is a contemporary sound healing experience infused with soulful rhythms that help to reduce anxiety, stress, regulate emotions, and rejuvenate the body.

The sound bath sessions include crystal bowls, rain sticks, buffalo drums, chimes, and other healing instruments to create a variety of unique sounds and vibrations.

Suggested items for a sound healing session are a yoga mat, pillow or blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.

No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open mind.
