Step into a day of deep listening, sacred sound and ceremony co-creation.
In this immersive workshop we explore sound not as performance, but as a doorway into presence, intuition, and the subtle language of energy. Through guided practices, simple instruments, silence and ceremony, we learn to listen with the whole body and to use sound as a bridge between the seen and unseen.
Together we’ll explore:
The foundations of sound as ceremony
How to listen with body, bone, and breath
Practical techniques with bowls, gongs and percussion
The structure of ritual and the elements of sacred space
How to weave sound with intention, intuition, and sensitivity
The day includes teaching, hands-on exploration with gongs, Himalayan bowls and other percussion instruments, journaling, shared reflection and the creation of a collective sound ceremony.
This workshop is suitable for anyone drawn to sound, ceremony or deeper self-connection.
It also serves as an introduction to Monika’s year-long The Way of Sacred Sound training for those curious about taking their next step.
