First we will begin with somatic exercises to ground you into your body and help regulate your nervous system. Come and experience the power of sound vibrations and Joalena's calming vocal toning as she leads you on a meditative journey inward . Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to nurture your body and soul !
Please bring: a yoga mat, a blanket, pillow and whatever else you may need to feel cozy.
About Joalena:
Joalena is a seeker. She is a holistic practitioner of many modalities, an empowerment and mindset coach, a sound healer, reiki healer and licensed massage therapist. Joalena has a dedication to guiding others to discover their own innate healing abilities through a multitude of alternative tools and therapies.
She holds circles, self-development workshops centered on women’s empowerment and sound baths, integrating her 15 years in the healing arts. Her passion is to help individuals live life to its fullest expression and embody their magic within.
