Sound and Reiki Energy Healing Training Workshop

Workshop description
In this workshop you will be introduced to different types of energy healing modalities and basics of sound therapy. There will also be opportunities to practice giving and receiving Reiki with temporary attunement to feel the flow of reiki energy. You will also be learning about the history of sound healing and practice playing with the crystal sound bowls. There will be a sound therapy session to conclude our workshop!

The Reiki energy healing introduction workshop provides participants with a foundational understanding of Reiki principles and techniques. Attendees learn about the history and origins of Reiki, its principles, and how energy flows within the body. Practical sessions include basic techniques for channeling and transferring Reiki energy to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. The workshop emphasizes the importance of intention, mindfulness, and the role of the practitioner in facilitating healing energy. Overall, it aims to introduce participants to the transformative potential of Reiki healing.

Participants will also receive a temporary attunement to Reiki where a Reiki practitioner channels and directs Reiki energy to the recipient. During this process, the practitioner uses specific techniques to open and align the recipient's energy channels, allowing them to temporarily access and experience the flow of Reiki energy. This temporary attunement provides a chance to practice on oneself and others at the workshop. It serves as an introduction to the powerful benefits of Reiki and can offer a glimpse into how Reiki energy can be utilized for personal well-being and healing.
