About this Event
This experience begins with a gentle sound healing / sound therapy session guided by David & G, the couple behind Flow Session Soundbath. They use soothing sound and grounding techniques to help your nervous system settle, your breath slow and your body feel safe enough to relax.
You don’t need to know anything about sound healing.
You just sit or lie comfortably and let the sound help your body soften.
From that rested state, you’ll move into an expressive art session.
No art skill needed. No pressure. No expectations.
Just space to release and create from a calm, grounded place.
Living with sickle cell or chronic pain means your body stays alert even when you’re trying to rest. This workshop gives you a moment to reset, sound healing first, expression second.
