About this Event
Sound Alchemy & Conscious Breathwork
A Transformational Evening at Starhouse
"Matthew Kocel’s music is so primal, so rich and brilliantly soulful...
It touches us on a profoundly deep level that opens our hearts."
- Dr. Joe Dispenza
Join Gurpreet K. Gill and Matthew Kocel for a rare collaborative evening of conscious breathwork, sound alchemy, and deep inner transformation at the StarHouse.
This experience offers a powerful opportunity to journey inward through the healing intelligence of the breath, supported by the profound harmonics, vibrational resonance, and cosmic throat singing of Matthew Kocel.
Together, breath and sound create a ceremonial field that can support release, reconnection, clarity, and meaningful inner movement.
Guided by Gurpreet K. Gill, a masterful and deeply attuned breathwork facilitator known for creating an immensely safe, grounded, and compassionate space, this evening invites you into a loving and transformative process.
Supported by Matthew’s immensely gifted sonic presence, you will be held in an atmosphere designed to help you soften, open, and access the innate wisdom within your own body and being.
Through conscious breathwork, participants may experience the release of tension, emotional blockages, and stagnant energy, while opening to greater awareness, insight, healing, and spiritual connection.
Each journey is unique. No two experiences are ever the same.

About Gurpreet Gill:
Gurpreet has been facilitating Conscious Breathwork events since 2014, after completing her training with Christian de la Heurta in the rebirthing/ Sondra Ray lineage; having been raised with Naam Simran/Breatwork in the traditional Sikh tradition as a child. She brings immense heart and presence to each event to cultivate immense safety within a connected community. She strives to assist each soul to enter a sanctuary space so they may safely heal and transform/transmute any trauma/challenges that bring them to this moment of radical openness to transformation.
Gurpreet is also well versed in plant medicine and spiritual journey work with several modalities that she has trained deeply with since 2014. She has a deep and profound connection to the realms of altered states of consciousness to gain access to our subconscious and unconcious selves in addition to gleaning the right wisdom at the right time for those who are called to work with her.
Born into a Sikh lineage, straddling both eastern and western lineages, Gurpreet offers a deeply rooted connection to Source energy and wisdom. Humble-yet-direct, she also possesses a sense of humor that is apparent in each session while holding the sacred in deep reverance.
