Beyond the Blue (Live + Workshop) are one of the UK’s most exciting contemporary jazz projects, known for their intricate compositions, fearless improvisation, and a powerful live presence. Formed in 2019, they’ve released two EPs and performed at major festivals including Love Supreme and Cheltenham Jazz Festival. After wowing audiences at Soultrane Festival 2024, the band returns with an immersive evening led by bandleader Jude Lane.

Tickets cover entrance to both the workshop and the gig: you can attend one or other or both!
This interactive workshop explores Lane’s compositions and jazz history, linking influences from classical music and modern genres like UK Dance music, with live demonstrations and an open jam.
Following a short break, Beyond the Blue perform music from their debut album Mentalism (released 18 Feb 2026), a bold, cinematic reflection on modern life and youth today.
