SOULSONG: Meditation × Song Circle

SOULSONG is a new kind of gathering — weaving heartful spiritual practice with song-circling and vocal play.

In the flow of the evening, we will:

• Sing a simple song to drop in...
• Sit in guided meditation — breath, body, and heart (25 min)...
• Play some gratitude games...
• Sing joyful songs of gratitude — and make up new songs from our hearts + souls!

is a singer, songwriter, songleader, beatboxer, activist — and teacher of heartfulness and mindfulness, in the vipassana lineage of Buddhism.

He was trained and authorized by Spirit Rock Meditation Center, home of Jack Kornfield — where he has guided adults, teens, and kids. He has taught mindfulness in the US Congress... led the meditation and yoga program at the SF County J*il... served as a Fitbit Mindfulness Advisor... and co-leads Brothers on the Path, a spiritual practice group for men.

As a songleader, he offers music as medicine - a joyful, playful, soulful, powerful alchemy of expression, connection, inspiration, and healing. He's played Coachella, Treasure Island, SXSW, Lightning in a Bottle... shared stages wtih Imogen Heap, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Will.I.Am, James Brown, Ray Charles, the Neville Brothers... and many more.

is a song carrier, community builder, and co-leader of Song Circle Magic in San Francisco. Her mission is to anchor joy, belonging, and togetherness in humanity through the healing medicine of song. She weaves in wisdom from her songleading teachers Phoenix Song, Lisa Littlebird, Reya Manna, and more. She loves organizing magical musical gatherings, and regularly sings in prayerful/ceremonial spaces - and wherever else song is asked to be!
