SoulShift: Empowerment Workshop

You're invited to join my weekly SoulShift: Empowerment Workshop, a transformative journey for women that will take place every Saturday from June 3, 2023, throughout the summer. This outdoor event is subject to schedule adjustments based on weather conditions.

You have the flexibility to attend the workshop either once or on a weekly basis. Each week, we will explore a new topic, and to maximize the benefits, consistent participation is encouraged.

Workshop Highlights:

1. Yoga: Cultivate your physical well-being through specialized techniques, breathwork, and meditation (1 hour).

2. Spiritual Mastermind: Seek guidance, advice, and valuable resources to overcome challenges in a supportive environment (1 hour).

We will commence the session by warming up our physical bodies, fostering consciousness, flexibility, and strength. In the mastermind portion, we will work together to identify and transform emotional blockages and limiting beliefs, harnessing them into sources of personal empowerment.

Our focus for the first workshop on June 3 will be "Discovering Inner Support." If you're facing challenges like breakups, workplace issues, career pressure, feelings of emptiness, failure, or financial struggles, this workshop is tailored for you. Experience life's changes with confidence.

Location: Park Angrignon, entrance from rue Jean-Chevalier.

Cost: $50 + tax, you can buy tickets online in advance or offline on the day of the event. And kindly note that the workshop is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

Remember to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Don't forget to apply sunscreen to stay protected from the sun's rays. ☀️
