Soulscape Sunday Yoga: Cleo Sol Edition

Join me, Jaimee Ratliff, for my signature Sunday movement experience. Set to the sounds of your favorite R&B and Neo-Soul artists, this 60-minute, all-levels class is the ultimate balance between yin and yang: effort and ease, work and rest. We'll spend the first half of class flowing through a challenging series of standing postures to wake up the body and invigorate the spirit, all while strengthening, lengthening and toning muscles. During the last portion we slow it down with deep stretches, integrating long holds that allow you to sink in and surrender, right before savasana.

Arrival: Please arrive 15-minutes before class begins so that you can park, check-in and get settled on your mat. Class will start exactly at 1p and doors will be locked once we begin. No late arrivals will be permitted into the class. No exceptions.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water and towel for sweat. There are also mats and yoga props for you to use at the studio.

Studio Address: Haven Yoga, 2011 Bolton Road, Atlanta GA 30318, Suite #203.

Parking: There's a main lot in front of the building, as well as street side on Bolton Road. Additional parking is located in front of the apartments and the upper parking deck. Weekends can be busy and early arrival is strongly encouraged.

Building Entrance:

Take the exterior staircase (by Bellwood) and enter the building through the glass doors at the end of the breezeway. At certain times, the outdoor glass doors on the second floor may be locked. If so, please use the elevator on the first floor.

The elevator is located in the center of the building. Guests must enter the code 1003# to access.
