Step below the decks and into the social world of 1912.
Souls of the Titanic: Below the Decks is an intimate immersive evening inspired by the atmosphere aboard White Star Line vessels during the Titanic era, with a stronger Second and Third Class social influence rather than formal First Class luxury.
This is not a recreation of Titanic or the ship itself.
Rather, Below the Decks captures the atmosphere, culture, and social spirit found aboard the ship during 1912.
Guests will experience historically inspired ambiance, period appropriate music, and an evening designed to evoke the feeling of gathering aboard the ship.
Throughout the evening, guests may enjoy:
• Live 1912 era music and atmosphere
• Titanic and passenger storytelling
• Original Souls of the Titanic artwork
• Artifactism™
• Grazing tables inspired by Titanic offerings featuring nuts, dried fruits, cheeses, meats, and flatbreads

Presented by Dirk Strangely, founder of Artifactism™, the evening features original artwork created using authentic Titanic coal pigment incorporated directly into the artistic process.
Artifactism™ is a new genre of art in which history does not merely inspire the artwork.
It becomes the art.
During the evening, Dirk Strangely will unveil a never before seen original painting depicting a Titanic passenger, created through Artifactism™.
Using authenticated Titanic coal pigment, Dirk applies the material within the pupils of the subject and within his signature, creating a physical and historical connection between the artwork and Titanic itself.
Dirk Strangely's Artifactism™ series, Souls of the Titanic, has been featured on Click2Houston, The Courier, Houston Chronicle, and CW39, with additional publicity forthcoming.
The series is gaining popularity quickly, and these immersive gatherings are the way Strangely shares his vision and unveils new artwork in person.
