Don't miss this heavy hitting show at East Coast Amateur Boxing Club! East Coast Amateur Boxing Club is proud to announce Souls of Blue on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Show starts at 8:00 pm (doors open at 7:30pm). $30/seat presale.
Stepping into the ring for an exclusive night of soulful blues is a duo that defines Canadian musical excellence.
Kim Doolittle learned the ropes in the cutthroat clubs of Toronto and went the distance touring 60% of the globe. Nine albums later, she is back home to road-test brand-new tracks and celebrate her definitive milestone collection, 50 Years A Singer.
Flanking Kim on stage is the ultimate sonic corner-man, John Ebata. Acclaimed as one of Canada's top keyboardists, John effortlessly commands everything from acoustic grand piano to futuristic synths, bringing a legendary resume that includes work with Oscar Peterson, Buffy Sainte-Marie, and Waleed Abdulhamid. His style punches through every boundary—seamlessly shifting from from deep jazz to soulful blues and rock. He doesn’t just play music; he directs the rhythm of the room.
It’s raw, it's real, and it's a masterclass in rhythm, storytelling, and soul.
Richard & Somebody's Kids Every great main event needs an explosive undercard, and opening up this exclusive boxing club event is Richard & Somebody's Kids. Toeing the perfect line between a seasoned old-school fighter and an insightful music poet, Richard commands the stage with an undeniable presence. His fun and playful original rockin' roots music delivers a raw look at human nature—insights earned from decades training boxers inside the squared circle. Backed by a wry sense of humour and effortless crowd banter, Richard delivers a masterclass in storytelling that will have ringside fans hooked from the very first bell.
Get your seats early and catch this trio artist in their element before Kim Doolittle and John Ebata step behind the ropes.
East Coast Amateur Boxing Club: There are plenty of bars to hear live music, but there is only one place where the ring is the stage. This isn't just a music show, it’s an intimate, up-close encounter with world-class performers inside the squared circle. With unmatched acoustics born from hard work and history, it is the ultimate venue for storytelling, soul, and rockin' roots. Come experience the most unique music venue in the city.
