Come dance again this summer - at a flower farm!! (Only 10mins from downtown Guelph)
Imagine mid-week connecting to what is Sacred as you dance to be free on the land, with SunSet, Flowers and Sky - feeling held in community. With each movement, you release what no longer serves you. This way emotions don’t pile up, get heavy, stuck and frozen in your stories. Instead you express, release and complete feeling at home again inside your centre and in the Web of Life.
In this ceremonial conscious dance we weave a living cathedral of motion. We come together to awaken in body, heart and soul, moving without judgment, in full expression of who you are in this moment.

DANCE DETAILS
Dance: 7:30-9:30PM
(please arrive 7:15PM as we'll start 7:30PM sharp!)

(The Saol Project - only 10mins from downtown Guelph)
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this ceremonial conscious dance space, we will:
• gather in our opening circle
• cross over into our soul space with poetry and song
• drop into our souls with a grounding practice
• enter into our conscious ecstatic dance
• engage in a Release Ritual to let go of emotions or old versions of ourselves
• complete our ceremonial space with a closing council
• leave with your soul risen, rejuvenated and roaring
NOTE: This is a conscious/ecstatic dance inspired by 5Rhythms. The music will follow an arc, beginning with slower, grounding music, building up to faster dance beats intended to invite release, and then transitioning back down to prayerful music.
WHAT TO BRING
- wear comfortable clothing that feels good to move in outdoors
- a water bottle
Please avoid chemical/synthetic perfumes and deodorants.
If you feel unwell, please stay home to protect your fellow dancers. Thank you for tending to our shared space and to your fellow dancers.
