This 2 hour workshop is to help you connect your mind, body, & soul through the gift of movement. We will move through a full body warm up, collective exercises & discussions to drop into the body’s natural rhythm. Amidst the workshop we will indulge in sharing circles as we discuss, ask questions & share our movement experiences.
